Yes, the way people live in India seems very dis-organized looking, especially thru a western eye. But, the food on streets, ornate shops and merchandise, vegetables on a rickshaw cart are the things that make us, Indians.
Also, these child performers don't bother to buy the tickets for the trains that they are riding. So, if you dont have the fare, perform well on the train and you may get away with it, hehe.
